Whilst returning from Myrtle Beach, $5Au took the back roads and stopped at a lovely, country store in McBee, SC (pronounced MAC bee). Someone there came up with a delicious idea. a peach enchilada. A wonderful birthday treat! I'm pretty sure no government grant was involved in the creation or production of this product.

Was it slightly spicy? Was it encased in a corn tortilla or a flour one? If flour, it might be more properly termed a peach crepe suzette.

Not to be critical, but whenever you self-reference with "$5Au", I keep thinking you're saying, "Five dollars, Australian.". :(
