Adam Smith's Wealth of Nations and the Austrian School of Economics is quite similar and compatible with Ayn Rand. Another Austrian Ludwig von Mises shared an interesting correspondence with Rand. As a Wellesley alumna, I'm particularly proud that the conversation is starting and students are being exposed to these concepts that many feel are so often stifled (especially at a place that is also Hillary Clinton's alma mater).
