I think if Charles Koch was an Objectivist, he would have indicated this more explicitly. That said, stakeholders in Koch might be opposed to such an explicit reference, or there could be other reasons for him not to fully identify as an Objectivist publicly. In keeping with your comment, though, his definition of classical liberal does appear to be girded by rational (i.e. Objectivist) principles.

CATO does not enforce Rand as they are a Libertarian think tank. For example, they tend to publish anti-patent articles, as an example.
