I seem to recall that passing classified information to non-authorized persons was a pretty serious offense. I guess that was only meant for garden slugs like us, and not applicable to the swells at the top.
Apparently there is some sort of exception to the security rules for classified materials. This exception appears to be for politicos to leak to the media and big donors.
The second exception used is for the ones that "act to a higher purpose". The excuse used by the ones that gave nuclear data to Russia for sure, and likely Korea as well.
Classified info was a BIG deal when I needed to get clearance. If I had done what Hillary did, it would have been "Go directly to jail. Do not pass GO."
It sure has dwindled in importance. But they have a couple three Presidents who led by example. Carter, Clinton, Obama. All them famous for giving away classified material. So what is all this crap about banning discussions of weapons on the net or whatever. We didn't give away the Little Black Book that had the Oklahoma City Bomb in it's cover. Jimmy Peanut. We didn't give give nuclear information to the Chinese. We didn't give the whole candy store away or plan to the Iranians. That wasn't the US Citizens It was the butt brothers.
So how much did all of them contribute to the Humanoid Party?
Brings back some memories. So answer this. Back in the old days it took a lot more than one day to get bragging rights so who came up with the idea that one day constituted ....you see what I mean. Must have been some never will wanna be.
General Petraeus did time for it. . I could still do time for it, considering my work with weapons. . but the anointed elites? nope. . they get a get-out-of-jail-free card which they can use in advance. . multiple times. -- j .

We have met the enemy and he is us.
