Again on average, the Congress enacts more than 200 new laws every year. That's slightly more than 1 new law each and every weekday. Every year. (please bear in mind that this excludes resolutions.). Now, can anyone explain just why in the bowels of hell we need another new federal law EVERY DAY OF EVERY YEAR???? What are we paying these morons for?????
