Students asked highly for personal info in school "game"

Well, the words, "Just say no", take on a much deeper meaning. This is just one more step on the ladder to a police state. My kids both know that if they're ever asked for personal info, to refuse to answer. It's nobody's business!

    As a hiring manager, if I asked any of these questions I could be sued. If I acted on this information and didn't hire some one, I could be sued, fired and assorted other things. So, its ok to ask kids questions that no one in the work force may ask? I don't think so. The fact that they phrase it as a game and ask the questions every night is also very disturbing.

      It does smack of the techniques used by the communists in the USSR and the PRC. It also falls in line with the Orwellian characters in 1984.

        What I can't figure out is why anyone would comply with it. I'm thinking this school needs to get a spotlight shone on it.

          I would say the school did not sprint this on them all at once. It ould be a gradual process starting out with some truly innocent questions. As time passed the questions morphed into more and more invasive questions. The students are conditioned and accept the morohing as part of the game. It may have even started as a pretend family that had issues etc that the students reported. Then a slow shift to the real world family was introduced and presto-vhange0 your there.
          Children love games and want to win. it is a recipe for spying ready made.
