An example of his taste and judgement. Rand's explanation- who you sleep with shows your values. On the other hand, anyone who hates Soros cannot be all bad.
For Soros, one could rationalize initiation. One could even defend/justify it as retaliatory. :) The article dwells on the behavior of the scorned... not surprising...
Good for her, but do we really know she did that? She certainly can't be crazy for trying to attack him.He should think of her feelings and spread the wealth.
Just this area? That guy is the prime enemy of this country. He should be tried for treason and for what he's done here he would have been stood up before a firing squad in any of those countries he thinks have a better system than ours. You know, the one that's made him a billionaire.
Why are we surprised when we discover the ruthlessness than is sometimes required to build a financial empire often makes a person a complete ass in social settings. It happens more often than not.
He promotes "open societies" around the world. He makes it sound like he promotes the neo-liberal program I strongly believe in: respecting freedoms, not interfering with trade, minimal social safety net focused on the poor (not middle class), stable/positive/low rates of inflation and interest.
His support of "Open Societies" is a farce. An Open Society is chosen not forced. Means by force yields ends with force legitimized: his "Open Society" is a f'ing nightmare.
I haven't investigated it, but on the surface it sounds great. I imagine him promoting neo-liberalism around the world.
If he's not actually doing this, what is is motivation to lie? It is to present a good public image to support his financial work? I would think he has enough money that he wouldn't have to lie.
