  The title does seem to insinuate that it was on purpose, yes.
  If it was not done purposefully then it shows their incredible ineptitude and incompetence. Thereby revealing their predisposition as well.
  And proving yet again that they have zero credibility.

  The people who were there could heard what was being chanted...wouldn't the reporter/cameraman person be able to hear it as well? My bet is yes... it was done on purpose.

    I'm not sure the hierarchy works that way. The footage may simply have been shot and then sent to an editor in post who interpreted it as "Ryan." I guess I'm attributing it more to incompetence than malice.
