Hi, Flootus. That outrageous price was Amazon's idea. I came out with an updated version (correcting typos and such), took the original out of print, and Amazon suddenly treated the original as if it were some sort of rare keepsake! I tried in vain to get them to remove it, but to no avail. No one's bought it at that price, of course, but wouldn’t it be cool if they did??
