Even though it will probably bankrupt him, and even though Mann's lawyers did petition to drop the lawsuit which Mann initiated, Steyn is not willing to let Mann drop the suit and instead is going to demand all over Mann's research in discovery.

It's a ballsy move.

Finally, someone with balls.

I suggested on twitter that he start a kickstarter campaign for his legal defense fund.

Either way, Gift certificates or Kickstarter, he will get some cash from me.

    The evidence and emails sought by Stein, produced with public money, is being kept secret by Mann and that University for good reason. Enough is known already about so called research directed to constructing evidence in favor of a political objective rather than testing a hypothesis or seeking knowledge. The misuse of the techniques and language of science is unfortunately widespread.

    If actually true, this is a shame and somehow needs to be rehanged..
