A pre-emptive State of the Union Pre-Address.
With the impending State of the Union, I felt it was important to deliver the real State of the Union, first. While I would be tempted to do a rebuttal, I don't believe I have the patience or nerve to actually sit there and be lied to.

Since he always reads them, by the time he realizes it not his speech, he will be half way through it and will have to ad lib the remaninder. I would watch that one.
