When the power goes out at the EPA...

Surprise, the EPA did not consider cost when forming toxic air pollution regulations for power plants. We can always (i.e. never) count on the EPA to keep the bigger picture in mind. Thanks, Scalia, for the hand slapping, but we all know the analysis required to "consider costs" is going to cost US taxpayers countless dollars on expert opinions. When the coal-fired power fails the EPA office, when the IRS goes bankrupt, when the Department of Education issues a statement that no new information can be incorporated into its framework... and when, during a speech to America, the President pleads not to be ousted... then you (Objectivists) will know exactly who is responsible.
