Am I wrong, Is it not 2015? Why are we still dealing with the New Deal? With the need for food all over the world I am sure he can find someone to buy his raisins? We do not need to Keep these Support Programs going on to farmers. Why is the New Deal programs still running, that should have ended in the 40-50s.
Of course, the dissenting vote was from the socialist just-ass (grad from Princeton and Yale) who has never produced anything, never held a job earned based upon productive work or achievement, has always been rewarded for her statist acts (by George HW BUsh and Bill Clinton), and was appointed by racist in chief.
Her dissent per the online opinon
http://www.supremecourt.gov/opinions/14p...
"Because the Order does not deprive the Hornes of all of their property rights, it does not effect a per se taking."
So according to this socialist looting just-ass, there is no recourse against government unless government has stolen ALL your property rights, not just made it impossible for you to do anything with your property and then fined you an massive amount for disagreeing.
From the majority in this opinion:
"The dissent suggests that the Hornes should be happy, because they might at least get something from what had been their raisins."
And this worthless looting scum must now be employed at taxpayer expense for life.
Where is Henry Bowman?
A proper decision in favor of property rights. The only problem I have is that too many of these cases are decided 5-4. There is something seriously wrong with the comprehension skills of some of these judges, since it is their duty to comprehend and enforce but one simple document... It means what it says!
Respectfully,

I have no better answer than most. We can only hope for a revolution at the ballot box and an awakening of the people, so that future presidents nominate judges to the courts that respect the original intent of the constitution. Otherwise a revolution of a different and less palatable kind or tyranny are all that I see left for us.
Regards,
O.A.
I choose the 5th amendment over the 16th amendment. I require just compensation for production stolen at gunpoint by government looters.
"Stabilize raisin prices"? People survive just fine without them... I don't particularly care for the rotten grapes myself.
The market won't buy if too expensive, or imports from Mexico will take marketshare, or vice versa... No regulation needed, no USDA paycheck cashers are required.
How about one of the prez candidates run on a platform that for every law passed, two must be repealed! Have the signing ceremonies in packages of three.
Like a nest of cockroaches in the wall, damn few people want to pull up the wallpaper to see what is lurking in there.
The few that try (whistleblowers) wind up attacked and swarmed over for daring to look.
And therein lies the rub. When both parties have accepted "cutting funding" to mean "not increase their budget as much as they asked for" a fundamental change is needed.
How we get that without the economy imploding first? I have no idea.
No go vote for them again.
