State supreme court rejects Mississippi Power's request for lawsuit rehearing
Are the increased costs justified? If so, why is Mississippi Power not permitted to raise rates? Is the plan to make it impossible for businesses to (financially) comply with eco regs making nationalization the next logical step?

- 1Posted by freedomforall 9 years, 5 months agoThey should have built a fluidized bed lignite fired coal plant. Of course, that would not have been acceptable to the EPA idiots in DC. The EPA staff should all give up their jobs and the savings used to build a lignite fired fluidized bed power plant in MS. In the next year new tech will be announced that reduces pollution by more than 25%, and cuts coal use by more than 20%.Mark as read | Best of... | Permalink|
