It's a long post and full of editorializing, but the gist of it is that Texas' House just voted to penalize the release of video taken inside the capital building unless it has the consent of all parties involved. Note that it has _not_ been passed by the Senate nor signed into law by the Governor.

The thing I was considering was how much transparency should be expected from public servants. If there is a line, where is it?
