An "angel" investor is someone, usually a high net-worth individual, who invests relatively small amounts into early-stage start up companies. - 3Posted by $ alexmironov 9 years, 7 months agoThank you! The short answer is that the economy is very volatile. I maintain a strong cash position, avoiding long-term investments at this point. The most recent phenomenon that I have observed is the outflow of foreign capital due to the rise of the US dollar.
