Now THAT is an interesting conundrum, is it not? If in fact the law and courts are granting Constitutionally protected status to those who make a lifestyle choice, that would mean that should I choose to be a drunk and get popped for DWI, I could stand upon my Constitutional right to be a drunk and claim harassment.
