This is actually laughable. Child Protective Services in the metro Detroit area is completely useless. They can't/won't even lift a finger to keep kids alive, much less monitor their schooling.
As a friend of mine said, who worked for Wayne Country CPS, "If you have a child in trouble in Wayne County, they may as well be in Hell".
