They are still in contempt of court. The law has not been changed. The person I know that is involved has the courage and the backing to take this fight to court and is encouraging it. I believe they know better than to get him in court because it will bring this to the forefront even in the mainstream media that has been basically silent. Getting this into court is our best hope in forcing the legislature to fix the problem. It made the Rush Limbaugh show this week and hopefully that will help get this fixed.
