Suntree/Viera, FL is worth the look, just north of Melbourne on the Atlantic side. I liked my time in MI, but you don't realize how much of your time goes to shoveling snow, traffic jams, extra clothing, etc. and how much of your money goes to government fiefdoms and cars to replace the ones corroded out from all the salt to melt the snow.
I run warm, so I don't wear a jacket unless it's lower than 45 degrees. I only have to wear a jacket a few days per year.
Sounds tempting! But i keep thinking about the coming wars that will be over resources, and we have the water. I wonder how long before that ends, and our water is siphoned off to other places.
We have the water, too. Some of it, however, needs to be desalinated. Michigan's water will be "re-appropriated" when Michigan is written off like Minnesota was in Atlas Shrugged.
