Well, I was up at 2am and did not see anything either. Too bad, I saw some pictures a guy took at MT Hood last year, and I don't know how he got htem, we had nothing. I have waited all my life just to see them and at 57 I am starting to run short. Maybe I just need to go up to YellowKnife, there is a guy up there who will take you out in the boonies and also how to photograph them.

I looked briefly for them last night and saw nothing... Maybe tonight. I have seen them several times before, but usually when I am up in northern Mi. deer hunting or vacationing. I live in southeast Mi. so there might be too much light pollution and the skies are often cloudy...

I've seen them when I was in Minnesota, also from way up on Lake Champlain, and a few years ago, here strangely enough.
I will look tonight, but I'm afraid we may have too much cloud cover.
