Who designs this crap?? This logo would be too overt for Orwell to use in 1984. This goes past "Big Brother is Watching" an a way that is supremely dangerous; by covertly suggesting that even ones private thoughts are not "out of reach". Am I the only one to get that impression? It would be interesting to see seals of other government agencies that are as telling as this one is. Talk about a mission statement hidden in plain sight.
