AS "on tape" info requested
I think I've seen various posts talking about people listening to Atlas. If you have, or if you have any knowledge of the subject, will you please let me know 1] if there is more than 1 version and 2] if so, which you think is better and why. Someone important to me wants to read it and literally has no time - she listens to books during her 4-hour daily commute.
What do you think about watching the movies [not during the commute!] v. listening to the book-on-tape?
I gave her a test: find the section in which we first see Dagny, on the train, listening to Halley's Fifth. When you read that, if that character resonates with you, you'll enjoy the book. She did read and, and her face when she talked about Dagny looked about 16 years old - but she has run into her own reality.
Any advice?
thanks, all.
Does this post go into "books" or "education"?

As for the audio books... check Amazon & Barnes and Nobel online. Edward Hermann narrates it well, I believe. However, be aware that there are abridged versions out there which seem to gloss over parts of the story. I would recommend getting the full version as opposed to abridged.
I would think the post would fit into books, education, entertainment... and possibly several others.
