A conspiracy theorist from the white supremacy side might agree, claiming the "Feds" did the shooting to increase the tensions between blacks and whites in Ferguson and trigger a race war.

However, maybe he knows the blacks are being used, maybe he is part of the scam. Whatever, the people being used seem not to know that Alinsky called for setting race against race to tearing down to rebuild as Marxist. Obama embraced the idea. Hillary agreed to a point, idolized Alinsky, but felt you could destroy the US from within, with less chaos. Same goal, slightly different approach.
