Geez, I wish they'd get their facts straight. The odds of the vet's periodontal disease being connected to the previous injury are practically nonexistent. I agree that his oral problems are significant, but that is not total disability.

The article does not comment regarding the vet's level of pro-activity.
Was the vet aware that each Congressman has an aide who specializes in VA and SS issues? I successfully utilized this resource several times
Several times it has taken me six months to receive private medical insurance reimbursements for out of network care. I started every written communication and verbal conversation with a detailed history, date time person... to present... and then ask for this representative's name and ID #. Eventually they figure out that I will not give up, and cut me a check.
