second, would you have any doubt if this were unconstitutional if a govt agent snuck into your house and took information from you? If you have a doubt-why care how they collect this info from individuals?
third, we all rest on the laurels of a SCOTUS decision. WHY?? there is legislative remedy and we do not demand it. For example, the house can vote to defund the NSA until they give answers. why has this action not been taken? ask your representatives
