Between the empirical demands of an HOA board stuck on controlling property that is not theirs, but yours, and the notion of antiquated or crazy CC&R's (such as one proclaiming the property shall not be used for -any- business or commercial purposes whatsoever), the entire "We will control you" attitude not only strikes me as "Anti-capitalist" and "Anti-American", but makes me somewhat ill at the same time. That they can do so to the point of a legal "loaded gun" with threats of all sorts goes even further to the notion of a socialist state, where you have the "Imperial" and the "Sheeple/serf".
