This seals it.

The Democrats are *not* my party.
Barack Obama is *not* my President.

Just a note: The Democrats have NEVER been my party. AND Barack Obama will NEVER be my President! That is creepy yes but why would anyone believe that to Obama FACTS actually matters? He governs the world he wishes to live in and NOT in the world he actually lives in!

I tried to source that article, but could not. The headline boldly claims that Obama said to call out Climate Deniers...but I saw no news announcement on his having actually done this. (I checked Drudge and Fox.)

Could someone send me a source to where Obama actually said this?

I'm surprised I didn't see it here. Think out of the box, think like a democrat, turn this enemies list around and use to enhance your position. Use this list at the polls to make sure these people continue to represent us. If they are not on the list don't promote them, but be cautious there are lot of good people missing from it.

We need to use what they put out against us as ammunition for us. If it is really negative turn it around. If it is positive flaunt it. If only Romney had used this, he would have told the world yes he’s a lot richer than Obama, which should indicate his ability to lead and run a successful business. What has Obama done? Then, and especially since the other team brought up the subject, he should have expanded on it stating that his wealth was not donated or just given to him, he actually earned it by hard work. Who would you rather have leading your country, someone with proven experience, or someone with no experience, someone with no records, no college transcripts. Exactly what might they be hiding?

We all could go on and on but we now need to get behind someone that will put our country ahead of simple stupid politics. Get back to the constitution, reduce the size of government at least by half, and go in and help kill the terrorists before they spread and grow all over the world.

Change from what? Change from some norms noticed over the past 50, 100, 200, 500, 1000, 2000 years? I understand the Romans had some very accurate scientific instruments for taking measurements. Since the earth is millions of years old, maybe we should consider the time it was in a molten state. I bet that was pretty warm. The time of the dinosaurs must have seemed cool compared to that! I think I would wonder what was going on if the climate remained constant.

Being an engineer, I respect and have worked with scientists but by definition they are not pragmatic, they are open to any possibility and most I have known agree and disagree at the same time or maybe just give the odds of each possible result being true.

Do humans affect the climate? How much? I just jumped into the air, coming down with a hard thump which had an effect on the earth. Did you feel it? Of course not but 100% of all scientists will agree that there was an effect, no matter how small. On my signal, let's every person on earth jump and see how much us puny humans move this big rock.

I agree - this webpage is creepy. And did anybody else notice the last two issues of National Georgraphic?

The Feb issue had 32 pages detailing what is going to happen due to global warming. "Florida's bill is coming due, as the costs of climate change add up around the globe. Adaptations will buy time, but can they save Miami?"

And in the March issue, the article, "The Age of Disbelief", discusses the growing skepicism about several scientific "facts", incuding climate change. "The ideas that hundreds of scientists from all over the world would collaborate on such a vast hoax is laughable..."

I am thoroughly disgusted with this magazine, and their adoption of the real hoax - climate change being caused by man. If I didn't love most of their articles, I would cancel my lifelong subscription!

From the "70's," when it was "Man Made Global Cooling," through the nineties when it morphed into MMGW, to the present whereat, because not only has the warming waned, but it has begun to cool, the entire evil farce is likely to "chill" the credibility of all who are NOT "deniers." It is relentlessly becoming more evident that it is indeed getting cooler - particularly along the eastern half of America (the belly of the beast) and many other areas around the world. I am particularly impressed with the work of Dr. Habibullo Abdussamatov related to radiated energy from the sun. He actually predicted several years ago that by 2014 we would begin to realize the effects of the cyclical loss of radiated energy from the sun with colder winters and milder summers - just as is occurring. Now, a couple of years of seasonal flux proves nothing, but at least he has a sound theory based on observable and measurable evidence - not just computer models presenting a fly on an elephants ass. Added to his work is the theory of "Relational Cycles," by one John Casey. Though his work is far less credible than the good Doctor's, it is nonetheless an interesting theory with he too providing historical data to lend it credence. When measured against the "theory" of MM CO2 emmissions precipitating "climate change," I would call such "CO2 science" simply ludicrous. Only political zealots, or those who receive their daily bread from such zealotry, will continue their absurd claims of Man, in the face of the enormity that is the sun, maintain their increasingly discredited catechisms. The GOOD news is that in their doing so they will increasingly look to be the fools that most of them are.......

As said, this is creepy, what next, the apple pie derisors? On another front though, here is an actual seemingly factual analysis that does tend to lend support to the climate change argument. The one thing a lot of discussions leave out is the effect of deforestation on the issue, maybe it is not just the amounts being added, but the scrubbers are being removed?

There are also proven falsifications on which global warming is based. These people decide on what they want to be true, and then find the "facts" to support their truth, or make them up.

The founder of the weather channel with 30 years of experience has said that there is no global warming and even if there was it’s insane to believe that we can do anything about it.
