This is disturbing

So, it appears that the CPD has gone and built their own little Lubyanka. The part that is really disturbing is the fact that this has hit the news and Chicago is not now on fire.
Appalling, thuggery if true. The Chicago way... no due process. It is like something you would only expect in a dystopian novel. Municipal black ops... They could just as easily set up a Kangaroo court, convict you and ship you off to Never Be Seen Again Penitentiary or worse. The problem is, that if this story be true (like others we have read about) is that it won't lead on the MSM news. I want to know more. Is this story legit? Are these 'Police' who they say they are? many questions...
Does anyone have any more stories that can corroborate this one?
iroseland, if you catch any follow ups, please post them.

Only the architecture is different
they are all the same..
Why are human silent when confronted with evil? They value what they have enough to silence themselves in order to to protect it. Well, most do, I guess I'm stupid in that way.
Yes. "Mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed.
Thomas Jefferson
"...stupid that way." Me too. When the knock on the door comes and they ship us to a camp, we may find ourselves in good company, if they let us live that is. Fear is a powerful motivator and government force is a powerful source.

Indeed. Better to die on your feet than live on your knees.
CAESAR
"Cowards die many times before their deaths.
The valiant never taste of death but once.
Of all the wonders that I yet have heard,
It seems to me most strange that men should fear,
Seeing that death, a necessary end,
Will come when it will come." Julius Caesar, act 2, scene 2 - Shakespeare
Unfortunately there are too few that would say and mean words such as these or those of Patrick Henry- "Give me liberty or give me death."
When I see the young people of today, pampered, purchased, comfortable and complacent in their ignorance, I fear our liberty is lost. Occasionally I am pleasantly surprised, like when I watched a show the other day about Students for Liberty. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d-HmzHfi...
Maybe it is not too late.
