I was once married to a woman while she got her masters in education and women's studies. It warped her mind to the point that I eventually walked. This story, based on what I know about the movement, doesn't surprise me at all.

    Frankly, it's very, very sad...

At just about any university these day you will find a number of fill in the blank *studies* departments. They are all without a doubt a load of crap. Among other things, they do _nothing_ to prepare students to function in the real world. Also, from what I was seeing ( University Desktop Support ) was a big hole in the University budgets into which these departments were dumped. They took up valuable space, burned valuable budget and accomplished nothing of actual value. Meanwhile the folks in Engineering, Math and Science were getting by on whatever they could find.

It was horrible. Still haunts me to this day. I looked at some of the "research" she was doing as part of her studies and it was just a bunch of insane essays about how men had abused women since the beginning of time. It was really sick. By the time she was done she was pretty warped - she's still single to this day, too, from what I understand.

Feminism is insanity. What I see that it has accomplished is that women are treated with no respect, like a piece of meat, and they have no respect for themselves. I am speaking of feminists here. I call myself an individualist.

I actually don't have a problem with Black History Month, just wish that it were accompanied with European History Month, Asian History Month, South American History Month, etc.

This got me wondering how long you can wait to get an abortion, since it takes between 18 to 20 weeks to know the sex of the baby with any certainty.
The best that I can research is that it varies by State, but the few that I checked were right at that length also.
This story smells like sushi, and for all of our sakes, I hope that is the case?

Personal experience: 26 years ago I had a procedure that could tell me the sex of my unborn baby at 12 weeks, although the test was not being done for that reason. The testing center told me there were very few centers that would tell the sex of the baby because there were many people who would abort a girl. They found this to be especially true with Muslims. I was appalled.

    Loon

I hope she is on the no fly list now. I know I would not want to be sitting next to her on a plane, or anywhere within the sound of her shrilly ranting voice for that matter.

So this woman was allowed to murder her unborn child (evil enough in itself), but she did it because it was male.

    Yeah, feminism is just dandy.

Has anyone ever read any of the "Politically Incorrect Guide to _________" series? Try reading "The Politically Incorrect Guide to English and American Literature", it's a great read. Explains partially how we stand where we do today, and idiots like this woman are non-surprising.

This woman is mentally disturbed. I am surprised and probably shouldn't be that it was so easy for her to get an abortion. The mantra I always hear is we have to protect the life of the mother. An abortion for sex selection has nothing to do with her health.
