Now non-citizens have a special complaint line for them to voice their dissatisfaction with a government that doesn't represent them.

Two thoughts:

1. Paraphrasing a Dilbert cartoon: Easiest round of deportations ever. (but it'll never happen)

2. ... but that would be entrapment. (and cast a chilling effect on the legitimate petitioning of government for a redress of grievances)

The problem is that the government does represent them (the illegals). What it doesn't represent are we the producers.
