    Let those who incurred/authorized the debt pay it back. I did not sign a mortgage on my future; neither did our posterity. This will not end well; but, end it will.

      Ah, but they did so on your behalf. And by virtue of being voted in, you did so authorize the debt. At least that's how it will be sold so as to further enslave you and your posterity.

        I am too much of a gentleman, and this forum is no place for my reply to them. One thing is certain, they will never be able to collect "my share." According to the numbers, it is more than I have earned, or could hope to earn in my lifetime and I have no heirs. Even if I did, I intend to spend every penny before I leave this world.

    The national debt is as ridiculous a number or measurement as is GDP, CPI, or un-employment. Any number controlled and issued by the Federal Government doesn't really mean anything in reality, except more lies and more controls.
