Aside from demonstrating in the streets and being labeled as racist extremists like the TEA party was when they gathered, people do not know what to do. I believe something will change and something will be done, but it will take a catastrophe that pulls the safety net out from under the masses or at the very least a new POTUS that will require serious security, because he will have to be unlike the puppets of our recent history. People do reach a boiling point. Apparently we are still simmering.
I am impatient and discouraged by the thought that it may take something so painful and disruptive as a crash of the dollar, something of a similar nature or worse..

There are a few good people in congress that are making noise. I like Trey Gowdy very much and there are others, but there are powerful forces at work. History is replete with revolutions, some sudden and unexpected that were set off by single atrocities, others by gradual and continual transgressions of tyranny.

Do you recognize these grievances? Many are happening again...

He has refused his Assent to Laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good.

King George III is no different than a tyrannical democracy in its ability to be overthrown when the failure to appease occurs. Bread and circuses will only suffice for so long. From Rome to The U.S. government, Liberty can not be indefinitely repressed. I only hope the coming revolution is peaceful and arrives while I still breathe.

Agreed! People are so cowed by that brush that many remain mute. Gone are the days when you could crack a joke that started out, "So a priest, a rabbi and an atheist walk into a bar..." Somebody's knickers will get in a twist, the ACLU will get involved, and more are struck dumb.

Frustrating beyond belief! People get mad at what he does but only in a passive sort of way with no real intention of doing anything about it

I'm sure they both factor in as well as other dangerous influences. I heard someone (Ralph Peters, I think) explain that the community organizer is still a left-wing underground, who thinks it's bold to sport Angela Davis t-shirts.

Let's not leave out the influence of his mentor, Frank Davis, an avowed communist and America hater.
