Actually, I gulched back in 2009. After beating my head into a wall enduring govt intervention for 35 plus years, more demanding and even less productive employees influenced by the welfare state, I Said enuff! Have been working by myself, keeping as much as possible of what I earn, without making myself a fed target, and working towards self sufficiency, using the barter system as often as I can in exchange for goods and services. I am making an educated guess that I have MAYBE 16 more months to complete my goals. Lurking here for the past year has helped me in my loneliness knowing that there are people with similar beliefs and similar struggles. Learning how others deal and have dealt with their own struggles has helped me overcome a few of my own. Maybe I can return the favor.
