- 2Posted by $ rockymountainpirate 11 years, 9 months agoExcellent interview. I really liked the part about the union brick layer who is a great brick layer and the guy next to him is an awful brick layer but they're getting the same union wage. That is 'from each according to his ability, to each according to his need' and breeds resentment and frustration. Then the good brick layers eventually either leaves to start his own business, a good thing, or starts being a bad brick layer and buildings fall down on people, a bad thing.Mark as read | Best of... | Permalink|

I love the fact that the people who are getting the free checks are the ones that suffer, they lose their self esteem for not earning what they get. No self worth and no value in themselves. Such a basic principle and glad Yaron brought it out in the conversation. I haven't heard that in a while, and it just made me smile...Mark as read | Best of... | Permalink|
- 1Posted by jepatton 11 years, 9 months agoMe, too. Because I know so many people who live off the government (one in particular even turned down a well paying job because she would lose her "benefits") and wonder why they are angry, confused and/or depressed all the time.Mark as read | Parent | Best of... | Permalink|
