You have a fascinating mind. Mathematics is indeed art. In the beginning, you compare the orbits of electrons as similar to the way planets orbit suns. The electron in a hydrogen atom is only statistically locatable as seen at this site http://astro.unl.edu/naap/hydrogen/level...
Many years ago I heard someone say that mathematics is the only absolute truth. That was way before I heard the term "voodoo economics." Guess you can make a witch doctor out of anything. Like the "science" of climate change, for example.
Mathematics is "absolute truth" only because all its operands are abstractions invented for the purpose. As soon as you start trying to use it to say things about the real world, math becomes science and those absolute truths become theories, which aren't absolute certainties at all.
The climate change movement abandons science, not because of its theories per se but by corrupting the peer-review process by which theories are supposed to earn acceptance. The fact that many of the big-name climate scientists call their beliefs absolute certainties should be a big red flag -- there are very few absolute certainties in science.
Art? Yes. Mathematics? A tool such as a painter's brush employed here in its creation. It is the lovely mind of its creator that fascinates. A metaphor for all that create of their own free will. In this case, the creation of new worlds in which Kate sets the rules--each a mini-Atlantis to be explored and enjoyed. All this is wonderful but is there deeper meaning? A philosophical unification of the real world and that which is created for us? Is Kate Neo?
a most unique holiday gift
