Can You believe it?

My tax return was sent back because for question 4
"Do You have any dependents?" I answered:
" Yes, 1.1 million drug users,
2.1 million illegal immigrants,
4.4 million unemployed-parasites,
900 thousand criminals in ~85 facilities/prisons
and 650 idiots in parliament and in European committees".

They wrote that this answer cannot be accepted.
So I am asking, who did I omit?
