TRUTH: Wesley Mouch and Cuffy Meigs were voted out - leaving James Taggart and Orren Boyle direct access to Mr. Thompson.

(Our job is not done.)

Truth. I am skeptical, but slightly encouraged by some of the victory speeches. It was a late night. I heard several speak of returning to the Constitution and smaller limited government. Ultimately it will take holding their feet to the fire. "eternal vigilance is the price of freedom" unattributed

Yes and there are still many long established people that will hinder the new reps that want to accomplish smaller government. Uphill battle and I am skeptical as well.

        Hello edweaver,
        So right.
The paradigm must be changed. Either we get an informed electorate that will in essence remove the chaff through elections or we need term limits. The establishment types (cronies for big government) must be reigned in. I would prefer an electorate that has had first principles restored because the benefits would be manifold. So maybe the first place to start is education. It may occur naturally. The school of hard knocks is a great teacher. History repeats. We shall see.
        Regards,
        O.A.
