Since the Trump address the other night I've communicated with two of my leftist friends. Very interesting. One, my buddy Bill, is non-responsive. He's often full of bright ideas and angry outbursts. But....crickets from him (via texts). The other one is the sweet older lady from down my street. She stopped by and as she left (it was the day after the speech) I jokingly said, "Did you watch it!? I picture you and your Dem friends all watching it and getting wound up." That is exactly what she and they did...texting each other angry statements. Come to find out she thinks everything was a lie. Even the kid, DJ, with the brain cancer. They actually think that was faked. I mention this because I'm stunned. I'm not sure how people like that ever come back to reality, let alone come halfway back to the middle. They're lost, I think. I keep thinking of the term, "irreconcilable differences". The only legit reason for a divorce...that an insanity. This is both of those. I think the country needs to split.

But, here's the problem with that. If we separate into red and blue states it will be just a matter of time before the blue states attack the red ones. They'll have to. Once they're overrun with violent criminals, crazy homeless, broke and helpless they'll have to attack, steal, cheat. The red states would be safe, peaceful and in the black because we'd run out the bad leaders. We're really in a weird spot now...
