This is a disaster for responsibility. Since it exists simply as a SCOTUS precedent, it can change with legislation. It is NOT a Constitutional Anything.

Republicans have control. Put through a law specifically identifying Qualified Immunity and limits.

Along with removing Supressors from the NFA and a flat rate tax, eliminating 90% of IRS jobs.

Then eliminate enforcement from ALL federal agencies except one single federal police.
