WHAT DOES HE KNOW..HE'S ONLY CHIEF OF STAFF OF THE OLDEST HOSPITAL IN HOUSTON TEXAS? BUT BOY AM I ON HIS SIDE. WE ARE TALKING SCREAMING PAIN. MORE LATER.
