Virginia Mandates Paper Ballots, Tracking, And Proof Of Residency For 2024 Election

This should have started 3 years ago! Conservatives are too busy hiding to be proactive when it matters.

Usually they are given a target (300 extra votes in THIS precinct). The key person will scan them in. (In some cases they take the scanner in the back room, and scan the ballots in, then bring the scanner back out). This is why monitors need to be monitoring.
Then they go to the front desk and tell 1-2 key people to "sign in 300 people". They make a little note. And in between signing in others, they mark these people as having shown up.
NOW. To stop this. And during Early Voting. They print your ballot on demand. You are supposed to confirm your ID and precinct, etc.
This prevents the pre-scanning.
But when they are doing it on election day, all ballots are pre-printed, and the voting location uses only 1 ballot. This is when it happens.
And then the people at the front. In between other voters coming in. Flip pages and randomly select someone.
Since our voter turnout is already low (59% is EXCELLENT Presidential Turnout). And they like to keep enough slack in the system to cover them. (Yet MI and PA actually over stuffed in 2020 and had more votes than registered voters. So, they CREATE voters to get the numbers to match)
So CLEANING the voter rolls is a GREAT START.
Having every ballot scanner watched.

And scanning mail in ballots BEFORE people vote in person, or during early voting.
Replace Early voting with a National Holiday on Voting Day.

Finally, the laws. LOL. So Soros and his gang found a way to create loopholes. You pass a LOCAL (State) law that contradicts the Federal Law. The SOE now can hide in the shadows this confusion creates. (Also challenge "will process jury duty forms with NOT A CITIZEN checked"... Is turned into STAMPING the document and FILING it without removing them from the voter rolls. Yes it was done this way. It is considered PROCESSED. Because it meets that definition!)
But Virginia should have done this 2yrs ago, and helped every other SWING state get close to that!
