Is Nimrata Haley's Decision To Continue her Losing Campaign Now A Proof That She Can't Understand Economic Reality and Is Unfit For Any Office With Any Power?

Or does she know that there are plans to remove the leading candidate soon?
The state of Denial.
(such as four years, or two years, or whatever.)
For many years, we did not have primaries in Virginia. One reason given for that was fear that it might lead to registration by party. But I think that the procedure I just mentioned could prevent the necessity of that.
I think she is trying to damage Trump. Think she will flip to an independent to take away Trump votes, and even though she says she won't team with RFK, she might go as his VP. They would take a massive swath out of the middle. If that happens, Biden can not possibly be reelected.
RFK seems content he can run truly independent, and has avoided the No Labels label also. Haley looks like she's just trying for name recognition leading up to jumping into the No Labels candidacy. That's a convenient way to get into the run, with no competition.
For Haley, it seems she thinks these numbers favor her, if she runs independent: 27% registered Republican voters; 27% registered Democrat voters; 46% registered independent voters. However, it isn't as simple as that, as most of those independent voters are in already blue states, so a RINO "independent" candidate won't have a strong appeal there.
Certainly a Haley run will muddy the waters a little, but won't have the impact that RFK is certain to have. In fact, I'm beginning to think the results might shock a lot of people, with RFK getting more electoral votes than Biden, with Haley getting zero electors and an insignificant part of the popular vote.
Deep State assassination of the POTUS and we get back to a Democrat when we voted against Democrats.
And a woman as VP is an even worse idea if the intent is to return to individual freedom over false 'security.'
Trump has a very bad habit of hiring the worst possible people and this would be
a continuation of that bad habit in a case where he can't even correct his mistake.
Trump wouldn't gain votes by this choice; he'd lose votes starting with mine.
During the 2020 primaries, she was running as a Kennedy-type Democrat, and getting a lot of attention, but when she annihilated the DNC's chosen candidate, Kamala Harris during the debates, so effectively that she killed Harris's campaign, the DNC spent huge sums to undermine her standing, including outright bribery to media not to run any of Gabbard's campaign ads during state primaries. She also discovered that the DNC did not want any candidate with military experience, out of fear that candidate might start to question unfettered military adventurism. It seems she started to wake up at that point.
Gabbard's interviews and speeches since that point show her views as definitely "evolved" to a much more conservative point than the RINOs that need to be evicted from the GOP. She's been questioned a lot, many times, and her answers are always well thought out, indicating they're based on what she believes, rather than a facade being used to invade conservative territory (which is what I was looking for, having dealt with many fakes in my time).
I'm fine with the idea of a woman with strength of character and intelligence leading the country. Golda Meir did OK for Israel. If Trump picked a woman like Marsha Blackburn or Kristi Noem, who are darlings of the most fervent conservatives, I think it would kill his chances of recovering the educated female vote, as they've become identified with the most rigid antiabortion legislation. Better not hand the DNC a big ABORTION cudgel, given that's the only thing they have left to stand on. Gabbard shares the view of over 70% of the American public, which favors exceptions for rape, incest, and low quality of life for the infant.
What's really been an eye opener for Gabbard has been the obvious indifference to the Maui wildfire tragedy by Democrats both federal and state, as little aid has been aimed at longtime residents, who big real estate groups have been trying to evict for decades. The DNC wants people to forget about it, and for Biden it was just another photo-op, after which it got swept under the rug by state official who immediately start crying for the tourists to come back.
Trump's other options: Ron Desantis - definitely a conservative favorite, but I suspect there might be some head crashes between two such headstrong personalities. I would like this choice, but I suspect Desantis would turn it down, as he wants to be seen as his own man. Tim Scott - a good, kind, thoughtful man with strong conservative values. I would support this choice too, but like Ben Carson, he's perceived as too nice to get tough when needed. The governors of Virginia, Georgia, or North Dakota. All with name recognition, good conservative credentials, and executive experience, so OK, but not big headline generators. Vivek Ramaswamy. Suspect conservative history, no political experience (which didn't stop Trump), and a strong speaker with name recognition. His inflammatory speech might distract from Trump's own punchlines, so I suspect he isn't in the running, but could be a counter to Haley's racial cred, being Indian himself.
Whomever gets the Trump nod, it will be quite a show.
