The consequence of catering to and appeasing eco-wacko's for decades. For another state forever in a state of drought or near drought, you'd think CA would have prepared to collect as much rainfall fill the states need? Assholes.

    So the rains washed the streets clean of sh*7, then the sewers overflowed back into the streets.
    Wow, sounds like something only a DEI city planner could do....

    Homeless droppings being washed away is the first thing that came to me dino's mind.
    Nevertheless for my immediate next thought, sewage washing away sewage is not a good thing.
