A half truth is still a lie.
Our president, bureaucracy, three letter agencies, congress members, the media, school teachers, administrators, ... , even the poll workers , all either blatantly and outright lie or withhold relevant truths. Lying in today's world is so common that it's nearly impossible for a non thinker to see any truths.
