Might have learned a lesson from Swiss who provide for such eventualities--or from Americans who haven't been invaded militarily by non-Americans since Brits burned the Capitol in 1814 (unless you count Pancho Villa's Columbus, NM raid, or domestically residing terrorists such as Muslim jihadi hijackings and bombings in places where local governments or companies ban weapons).
