      Thank you. You are one of the few on the site I pay particular attention to, and I always enjoy your insightful takes. I ordered the book you suggested, but I also tried to review Section III online and didn’t see anything specifically. I would love it if you could give a short opinion paragraph. I tried looking through some works of Tara Smith and didn’t find any application of this quandary.
      I was privately messaged in the past by a Gulcher but didn’t know the process. I’m unsure if these emails are only us, on the shared site, or re the specific post. Please excuse my naivety. Thanks again.

        Chapter 29 of the book discusses privatization of the justice system (which includes only prosecuting cases where there is an injured party who requests relief.)
