How many people were confronted in the theater about the movie and book? At least the jackass that did it to me waited until it was over. Why would you pay for something you don't agree with?
To be a troll. Anything to push their horsepatoodie liberalist socialistic agenda. He was looking for an audience for his nonsense. Your reply - was brilliant. Especially after he dropped his drawers and said he had no idea what he was talking about. Classic ankle biter actions.
There was one guy sitting two empty seats down from me and he kept laughing and saying "What utter bullsh*t."
That was the only negative person I encountered....and I thought the very same thing. Obviously he thought it was a joke, so why waste your time and money? To me that's a lot of extra energy to put into something you don't agree with or draw pleasure from.
I'm not sure why anyone would see the 3rd installment of a trilogy - without having either read the book or seen the first two films. Some people must have way too much free time on their hands.
Pretty much the same thing as Desimarie23 said happened, but he asked how I could believe that was happening, and some other things. I ended it by asking if he read her books. When he said no, I said his opinion didn't matter to me and I walked away.
Actually, I confronted other people. As soon as it was over, people began leaving. "REAL producers stay to watch the credits," I said loud enough to fill the room. But they left anyway.
People actually take the time and spend the money to see the movie because they don't agree with Ayn Rand or AS? That's the craziest thing I've heard today.
I saw the movie last night. There were a total of six of us in the theater.

He could have been commenting on the government and media pabulum he's been fed, once the realities of the movie sunk in...
Imagine his surprise as the realities of both the movie and his ignorance reaps, as multiplied by 300 million...
