When he first started showing up as a potential candidate, someone posted his intro/editorial to the first issue of the Harvard Law Review after he was appointed editor. He showed the writing skill of someone who flunked English in grade school and it was taken down very shortly. Given that he had already been admitted to Harvard Law School, it gave the impression that he was one of the 'special' students. Based on that I have always thought he was someone's puppet doing his puppet master's bidding. Admittedly one writing sample is not much to base such a judgement on, but I would have been embarrassed to have let that be published if I had been Dean of the school.

If the Democrats decide to dump Kamala before the convention, then Biden could pick Obama as his VP candidate. When elected, Biden could be sworn into office and retire the next day. I'm not a lawyer but the Amendment is wishy-washy enough to let him retake the office. If Obama doesn't run in 2028, the Dems could get away with this

I would be looking very closely at the next couple of elections, both 2024 and 2026 to make sure there is no tom-foolery like 2020. The Dumocrats will try all sorts of stuff, Biden in the Basement, stuffing drop boxes, ballot harvesting, paying Zuckerbucks to districts that are cash strapped or corrupted (looking at you Green Bay). I say that as I grew up in Wisconsin and politics there has been corrupt in forever, politics and money go hand in hand.
