A well written article putting two thoughts side by side.
1. Government planned science leads to bad science because the end goal is not science.
2. Government planned economics leads to bad economics because the end goal is not economics.

This has produced very good work.
I say this even if I become unpopular here. But note the past tense.
Now, it censors its own scientists, and hands out big money to Green/progressive/CarbonScare causes. A national disaster.
And your point about the attempt to "regulate" the fluctuations causing the opposite effect (to the financial benefit of the planners) are made in the article.
